The Reason of Petition

On 17 June, Muzaffarpur lawyer Sudhir Kumar Ojha filed an application in the court to register a case against eight people in the Sushant case. In his petition, Sudhir had accused eight people, including Salman Khan, that they all forced Sushant to commit suicide.

Sudhir had alleged that Sushant was removed from around seven films and some of his films were not allowed to be released. Due to all these things Sushant took suicidal steps. Sudhir had appealed to the court to file a case under sections 306, 109, 504 and 506 of the IPC against all the accused.
