Former Delhi Deputy CM & AAP Punjab Incharge Manish Sisodia on Saturday announced major overhaul in the party's state unit. According to AAP leadership, this is not just a reshuffle of posts but a strategic move to strengthen the ideological foundation of the party and prepare for a transformative political future in the state. Manish Sisodia in a long note announced that 5 MLAs have been appointed as State Vice Presidents, 9 energetic and experienced leaders have been given key roles as General Secretaries and Secretaries, new Lok Sabha in-charges have been appointed in 13 parliamentary constituencies, and district Presidents have been named in 27 districts, handing over leadership to those with strong local connections.
The notable names include Deepak Bali, who has been appointed as State General Secretary. Malwinder Singh Kang has also been appointed as State General Secretary.
