After 15 years, Aditya Narayan quits hosting “ Sa Re Ga Ma Pa”, pens emotional note

Singer Aditya Narayan has bid goodbye to “Sa Re Ga Ma Pa” after hosting the music talent show for 15 years.

An emotional Aditya Narayan  had decided to quit the hosting of “ Sa Re Ga Ma Pa” a singing reality show after being associated with the show for 15 years. Aditya has been hosting the show for 9 seasons and has done over 350 episodes.

 
Sa Re Ga Ma Pa's finale was held on Sunday (March 6) and 

Nileenjana Ray was announced as the winner. Host Aditya Narayan, who shares a special connection with this singing reality show, is emotional about not hosting the show anymore.


 Taking to his social media, sharing some special moments on grand finale, Narayan left a heartfelt note. The caption read :


“With a heavy heart, I bid adieu to my hosting duties to a show that gave me my own identity as an adult, SaReGaMaPa. From an 18 year old teenager to a young man with a beautiful wife & baby daughter! 15years. 9 seasons. 350 episodes🤯 Time really does fly. Thank you Neeraj Sharma, my soul brother 👊🏼 The best is yet to come! 🙏🏼


 
He also thanked Judges including Himesh Reshammiya, Vishal Dadlani, Sonu Nigam, Sheykhar, Alka Yagnik, Neha Kakkar, Bappi Lahiri, Shankar Mahadevan, Shaan, Sajid Wajid, Pritam and Mika. However, after hearing this, fans and friends from the industry got emotional and started dropping comments under the post.



On the personal front, Aditya welcomed a baby girl on February 24 with wife Shweta Agarwal. Talking about this experience of parenthood, he had exclusively told BT, “Everyone kept telling me that it would be a baby boy. But I secretly hoped that we would have a baby girl. I believe fathers are closest to their daughters, and I am happy that my little girl has arrived. Shweta and I feel extremely blessed that we are parents now.”
