Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar has shared a video on X, where he has stated the OTT release date of his inspiring drama film titled Sarfira.
Sarfira is an Indian Hindi-language drama film that was released on 12th July 2024. It was directed by Sudha Kongara. It was produced by 2D Entertainment, Abundantia Entertainment and Cape Of Good Films. The movie features starring Akshay Kumar, Paresh Rawal and Radhika Madan. This movie is the remake of Soorarai Pottru, a Tamil film that was released in 2020. It was an adaption of memoir Simply Fly: A Deccan Odyssey.
The storyline of the movie revolves around a man named Vir Mahtre, who wants to make airlines affordable for all the low-income people but he is disrupted by several enemies.
When and Where to watch Sarfira?
Akshay Kumar and Radhika Madan starring Sarfira is all set to release on the OTT platform. As per the announcement made by Akshay Kumar, the movie will get released on 11th October on Disney+Hotstar.
In a video on X, Akshay announced the release date of his movie on OTT platform. In the video he said, “Aasmaan ka sapne dekhne ke liye zameen par kisi ki permission nahi lagti. Kahaani hai ek aam aadmi ki jiska sapna tha har aam aadmi ke liye plane ka safar mumkin karana. Duniya ne use rokne ki bahut koshish ki, pankh phailane se usse mana kiya aur usse sarfira bhi kaha. Par woh ruka nahi kyunki sarfira wo hi hota hai jo duniya ke banaye hue rules ko todhta hai. Aur aise hi ek Sarfire ki true story aapke dil ko chune aa rahi hai. (“No one needs permission to dream of the sky. It is the story of a common man who wanted to make airline travel possible for all common people. The world tried to stop him from spreading his wings and called him ‘Sarfira’ (mad). But he didn’t stop because Sarfire breaks the rules made by the world.
