Atrangi Re launches its album: A R Rahman set the stage with his melodious voice

Akshay Kumar, Sara Ali Khan and Dhanush's upcoming movie Atrangi Re is all set to release on December 24. The music album was released on 7 December under the T-Series label.

Atrangi Re is a Hindi romantic drama movie directed by Aanand L. Rai. It is produced by T-Series, Colour Yellow Productions and Cape of Good Films. The music of the movie is Cherry on the top of CAKE. Music is composed by A R Rahman. It is his second collaboration with Aanand L. Rai after Raanjhanaa. 

The movie's first single 'Chaka Chak' sung by Shreya Ghoshal was released on 29 November 2021. The album consists of a total of 7 songs "Garda", "Chaka Chak", "Tera Rang", "Little Little", "Tumhein Mohabbat Hai", "Rait Zara Si", "Toofan Si Kudi". Dhanush also sang a song for the album "Little Little" along with Hiral Viradia. 

The album is full of great singers in the music industry. There are big names in the album like Arijit Singh, Daler Mehndi, Shreya Ghoshal, Shasha Tirupati. 
During the music launch Director Anand L. Rai, Lyrist Irshad Kamil, Producer of T-Series Bhushan Kumar were present. A R Rahman also performed during the album launch and mesmerized the audience with his voice. 

The star cast of the movie Sara Ali Khan and Akshay Kumar also made their presence in the launch. They shared their experience of working with the director and about the storyline of the movie. Akshay Kumar said that he enjoyed working with the team. Sara Ali Khan praises the lovely voice of Shreya Ghoshal. 


The movie was supposed to release worldwide on 14 February 2021 in theatres but due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the schedule changed. Now the movie is finally set to release on November 24, 2021. Fans gave a positive review of the songs of the movie. The romantic songs of the movie will bring a delightful mood to the listeners.
