In what can be called an act of sheer ignorance of rights, a woman suspect in road rage named Yareni Rios-Gonzalez was hit by a train at full speed when she was handcuffed in the Police's cruiser. The horrific incident took place in Colorado when the Police pulled over a 20-year-old woman who was a suspect and believed to be involved in a road rage incident. In fact, netizens have been slamming the Policeman over the Colorado woman cruiser train accident viral video.

In the Colorado Yareni Rios-Gonzalez video, it can be seen a Policeman handcuffing the woman inside his cruiser. The woman can be seen telling the Policeman about the train's arrival, however, the Police did not seem to interested in understanding the situation. When the train came closer, the Policeman ran away from the cruiser, however, the woman was left inside it handcuffed. As a result, the speeding train rammed the cruiser parked at the railway track hurling it in the air. The people filming the video can also be heard screaming over the deadly incident. In another clip published by 9News, officers seemed not to immediately realize Rios-Gonzalez was in the police car when it was hit. A male officer asked a female officer seconds after the impact, "Was she in there?"

Reportedly, the woman suffered multiple severe injuries including 9 broken ribs, a fractured sternum, a broken arm, and numerous injuries to her head, back, and legs. Despite such injury, the 20-year-old woman miraculously survived. Personal injury attorney Paul Wilkinson was quoted by US media who said that the woman was 'frantically trying to get out' and ' the doors were locked'. Giving the woman's health update, Wilkinson said his client, Yareni Rios-Gonzalez, 20, is conscious and able to talk after Friday’s incident in which a Platteville Police Department officer pulled her over on suspicion of road rage with a gun.
