The post made in favor of farmers by Congress MLA Pargat Singh from Jalandhar, Punjab has been deleted by social media platform X. Pargat Singh has opposed this and held the state Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann responsible for it. He says that this complaint has been lodged by the Punjab Government.

 

Pargat Singh informed about this while writing another post on social media X. He said- “Twitter accounts of those standing in favor of farmers are being continuously closed and no action is being taken against those using hateful language against Sikhs”.

 

The post went on to say, “@BhagwantMann Govt's merger of government markets into private silos was opposed by farmers' organizations and all opposition parties, after which @BhagwantMann Govt had to withdraw notification. But now the Punjab government has filed a complaint against the tweets made in favor of the farmers by the Punjab police. Standing in favor of farmers in Modi and @BhagwantMann's state is a crime?”

 

Pargat Singh also posted the notice sent by X which read, “In the interest of transparency, we are writing to inform you that X has received a request from the State Cyber ​​Crime Cell regarding your X account, @PargatSOfficial, claiming that the following The content violates law (s) of India.”
