Court dictates bail conditions, SRK’s son may walk out of jail today

The Bombay High Court on Thursday granted bail to Aryan Khan and two others who were nabbed in the cruise ship rave party raided by the NCB.

The Bombay High Court on Thursday granted bail to Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha who were nabbed in the cruise ship rave party raided by the NCB. Expectedly, the star kid would walk out of the jail today evening. The release order would reach the Arthur Road Jail by 5:30 pm. But if the procedures took a long time, Aryan Khan has to spend one more night behind the bars. 


The High Court has been dictating the bail conditions. According to the order, Aryan will need to execute a PR Bond of Rs 1 lakh with one or more sureties in the like amount. The order also requires him to “not indulge in similar activities, or establish contact with co-accused or similar persons, or make calls to people indulging in similar activities.” Aryan also cannot leave the country without prior permission and he cannot also leave Mumbai without informing his investigative officer. He has been advised not make a statement to media, including social media, regarding the proceedings.

Earlier, it was learned that after spending around 25 days in Arthur Road Jail, Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan has promised to help the families of the jail prisoners once he leaves the jail.


The accused trio – along with five others – was detained on October 2 when the NCB swooped on the alleged rave party aboard the Cordelia Cruise ship.


The following day (October 3) they were formally arrested and have been away from their homes for the past 27 days as their case grabbed national attention.
