On Monday, 2nd September, at 1:00 am, gunshots were fired against famous singer and rapper AP Dhillon’s House in Canada. A black SUV and a smaller vehicle were also found in the driveway of AP’s House. The police had arrived just after five minutes of the incident and the street near his house was closed off for several hours.
The accused is identified as Rohit Godara. The accused has confessed that this firing happened after AP Dhillon got featured with Indian Actor Salman Khan in a music video. The accused has also confessed about his connections with the Lawrence Bishnoi's gang.

He has given a lot of hit songs and raps like ‘Excuses’, ‘Summer High’, ‘With You’, ‘Dil Nu’ and more. His ‘Majhail’ and ‘Brown Munde’ have topped in the Billboard charts. He recently got featured in a video song titled ‘Old Money’ with the Indian Actor Salman Khan.

Today, on 3rd September, AP Dhillon has shared a story on Instagram, confirming that he and his people are safe. He also thanked his fans for all the support. He has written, “I'm safe. My people are safe. Thank you to everyone who reached out to me. Your support means everything. Peace and love to all.” He has also posted a video where he is seen singing.
Earlier, The Lawrence Bishnoi gang had also threatened AP Dhillon because of his connections with actor Salman Khan and warned him to stay within his limits, or he will meet a 'dog's death’.
Recently, In April 2024, two persons in a motorcycle had opened fire outside Salman Khan's house at the Galaxy Apartment in Bandra, Mumbai. The Mumbai police had declared the jailed gangster Lawrence Bishnoi and his brother Anmol Bishnoi as ‘wanted accused’ for this incident.
