Farmers Unions have rejected the proposal made by the Centre for amendments in the three agricultural laws said their struggle will continue. Granting concessions in three areas in its written proposal which was sent to the farmer’s leaders today afternoon mentioned that minimum support prices for crops will remain same, instead of a sub-divisional magistrate, the farmers will have to appeal to the court in case of disputes and the Electricity Amendment Bill, will be scrapped.

As per Farmers announced that they will-

- Boycott all Reliance Jio products, petrol pumps and shops

-Block the Jaipur-Delhi and Delhi-Agra Highways on the 12th of December

-Hold Massive Dharnas countrywide on the 14th of December

Turning down the Center’s offers, All India Kisan Sangharsh Coordination Committee (AIKSCC) has released their statement on govt's proposal:

The release said, "Modi govt is insincere and arrogant about resolving farmers demands; all farmers bodies rightly reject old proposals dressed up as new AIKSCC and all farmer organisations reiterate their demand to repeal 3 farm acts and EB 2020. Protest to continue, more farmers to join in, in Delhi. District level dharnas to start in all states.”

The release declared that the National Working Group of AIKCC met today for a meeting and decided on some crucial matters. It said, "AIKSCC joins farmers organisations in denouncing & rejecting the so-called insincere and arrogant so-called 'new' proposal of Central Govt.”

AIKSCC has called upon all the farmer’s organisations to intensify the protests in all districts and state capitals, together with other supporting organisations at public places added the release.

It further said, "Bharat Bandh on 8 December has proven beyond doubt all-India footprint of the popular farmer’s protests. The AIKSCC has praised all sections of society for support. AIKSCC notes mass participation in Bharat Bandh and calls upon all organisations and political parties to mobilise Farmers March into Delhi to intensify protest".
