Global aircraft maker giant Airbus will display in biennial Aero India 2019 defence aerospace flight exposition and display starting from February 20 to 24 at IAF Yelahanka Air Station on the outskirts of the city.

The A330neo is the latest addition to the leading Airbus widebody family which has been featured with advanced materials, new optimised wings, composite sharklets and highly efficient engines.

C295, the new generation tactical airlifter, which can perform multi role operations under all weather conditions will perform the demonstration flight.

Airbus will be on static display, its most versatile twin engine rotorcraft is the H135 & H145. 

The H135 is known for its endurance, low sound levels, compact build, reliability, versatility and cost competitiveness. 

The member of Airbus, H145 has 4 tonne class twin engine rotorcraft product range, which is designed with mission capability and flexibility, especially in high and hot operating conditions.

Aerospace fans can also savour interactive virtual and augmented reality experiences at the Airbus stand.

President and Managing Director of Airbus India & South Asia, Anand E Stanley said, Aero India is the jewel in the crown of the world's largest defence and third largest commercial aviation market. 

Invest India will be the partner of Airbus Bizlab to organise the 'Startup Day' at Aero India, report said.

To acquire the talent, Airbus will leverage the event on February 23 and 24, it will offer the opportunity to explore career prospects with Airbus India in Avionics Software, Aircraft System Simulation and Airframe Structures as well as in API Development, Full Stack Development, Big Data, Cloud and DevOps.
