Punjabi singer & actor Guru Randhawa on Sunday shared his hospitalised picture which shocked his fans as well as his friends in Bollywood. Guru Randhawa seemed smiling in the shared picture but his condition in the hospital worried his fans and Bollywood celebrities. As per reports, Guru Randhawa has been badly injured. He has injuries on his head and several parts of his body. He got this injury on the set of the upcoming film 'Shaunki Sardar'. He got badly injured while shooting an action sequence of the film. In this picture, it can be seen that his head is bandaged. He is wearing a cervical collar.
Sharing his picture, Randhawa wrote, "My first stunt, my first injury, but my spirit remains unbroken. A memory from the sets of Shaunki Sardar movie. Bahut mushkil kamm aa action waala but will work hard for my audience."
Responding to it, Bollywood actress Mrunal Thakur expressed her shock and wrote, "Whatttt"
