Snowfall for two days in the hill states of Himachal, Uttarakhand and Jammu and Kashmir, forecast says.

The private website Skymet has predicted cloudburst in Himachal and Uttarakhand. 

Jammu-Srinagar highway was closed for the second consecutive day due to fresh snowfall and landslides in Jammu and Kashmir.

All flights of GoAir and Indigo Airlines, two of SpiceJet, one AirAsia flight and one chartered aircraft were canceled.

At some places in Madhya Pradesh, there was light showers and wet fall, four villages in Satna and rain in Guna, Bhind and Bhopal got dissolved in the air.

Many states like Punjab, Haryana, Chhattisgarh and northern Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh can run cold wave from February 8 and 9.

Weather scientists said that in such cases the cold can return in these states.
