A video has surfaced from Ludhiana, Punjab. Here, an XUV car hit three youths riding bikes. After the collision, all three youths fell about 10 feet away. The car driver fled from the spot instead of stopping. People also chased him, but he was nowhere to be found.
The local police have been making him run around the police station for two days, and no action is being taken on his complaint. The victim, Harsh, said he was going home from a birthday party with his two friends two days ago. Suddenly, when he turned at the Tajpur road cut, a speeding car hit his bike.
