As last reported, IndiGo is currently grappling with a technical issue, leaving passengers stranded and prompting an urgent response from authorities to restore normalcy.
A user took to X and wrote, "@IndiGo6E your services are down. I'm not able to book any Indigo flight on any platform including your own!"
In response, IndiGo wrote, "Mr Priyatham, we regret your recent experience with the user interface. We request you to DM us your PNR along with a snapshot of the error to check and assist. ~Poulami"
Again another user posted, "Yes. Web check-in through the app is also not working. It's throwing some exception errors"
Another user shared Bengaluru Airport video where a large of number of passengers were seen concerned. The user shared the video and wrote, "@IndiGo6E it’s good to invest in new aircrafts but how about improving the ground services! This is the scene at indigo counters at Bangalore T1 for last one hour. Additional counters are required, disturbing to see old people suffering. @DGCAIndia please notice."
