Russian News agency Sputnik reported the arrest of a suicide bomber by the Russian Federal Society Service on Monday, a member of the Islamic State terrorist group plotting of a terror attack against India’s high-profile elite, FSB’s official stated.
The authority while stating further on the matter said, “Russia’s FSB identified and arrested a member of the dreaded Islamic State international terrorist organization banned in Russia who is a native of Central Asian region planning of carrying out a terrorist attack by blowing himself against the high-profile ruling circle of the public representatives.”
The official stated further that the man under detention was recruited by one of the IS leaders as the suicide bomber in Turkey.

The Islamic State and all its aided organizations have been notified as Terrorist organizations and included under the first schedule of the Unlawful Activities Prevention Act of 1967 by the Union of India.
