Jalandhar city has recently seen a rise in violent events. One night in the Sheikhpura neighborhood, a man driving a Thar vehicle attempted to attack someone by brandishing a sharp weapon after parking in a narrow lane. After the confrontation, he quickly ran away, threatening to use a gun. This whole incident was captured on nearby security cameras.
According to the sources, The person involved, Sagar Bhalla, lives in Sheikhpura and was driving his Thar with license plate PB-99-9291 at the time. In the tight alley, Tanish Chauhan had parked his car outside his home. Despite the limited space, Sagar tried to move his Thar and accidentally hit Chauhan's car.
As a result, Sagar got out of his Thar and began hurling insults at Chauhan. When asked about his offensive language, Sagar grabbed a large dagger from his Thar and approached Chauhan with the intention to harm him.

However, Tanish Chauhan's son, Yuvaraj, stepped in and stopped the attack. Yuvaraj advised Sagar to leave the scene. Despite Yuvaraj's intervention, Sagar continued to use offensive language and even threw a brick at Tanish. In his complaint, Tanish alleged that as Sagar was leaving, he threatened him with severe consequences, including the possibility of gunfire.
This incident highlights growing concerns about violence in Jalandhar and emphasizes the need for quick action and increased community awareness to prevent such incidents in the future.
