Actors Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal are all set to tie the knot on December 9 in Jaipur. Several Bollywood celebrities have graced their presence at the wedding venue. Kangana Ranaut is lauding the couple for breaking stereotypes.
 

Kangana shared a note on her Instagram stories that read, “Growing up we heard many stories of successful rich men marrying much younger women… for women to be more successful than their husband was seen as a major crisis, forget marrying a younger man after a certain age marriage was impossible for women…  Nice to see rich and successful women, leading ladies of Indian Film Industry breaking the sexist norms… Kudos to men and women both for redefining gender stereotype”
 



Katrina Kaif, who is older than Vicky Kaushal, is getting married to the actor in a royal fort in Rajasthan on December 9. Kaif is 38 years old whereas Kaushal is 33 years old. They are having an age difference of 5 years. Priyanka Chopra married Nick Jonas, who is 10 years younger than her. Aishwarya Rai and Abhishek Bachchan too share an age difference of three years. 
 

 

On Wednesday, the couple will host a sangeet which will be a good mix of Bollywood songs and a performance by Gurdaas Maan. There will also be a performance of Rajasthani songs by a folk dance group.
 

Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif's Mehendi ceremony, which happened yesterday, December 7, was a grand soiree. With Punjabi songs and Bollywood hits being played, the couple had a great time with their friends and family. Apart from all the wedding festivities, the guests have been given a full holiday-like treatment. They have a line-up including sightseeing, a tiger safari for selected guests and games at the venue to have the maximum fun at the Shaadi of the year.
