Miss Universe 2021: Here are top 5 wildest national costumes from this beauty pageant

This year, the 70th Miss Universe beauty pageant will be taking place at Universe Dome, Port of Eilat in Eilat, South District, Israel on December 13, 5:30 am IST.

The event will be presented by Steve Harvey, Carson Kressley, and Cheslie Kryst. The show will be officially broadcast on Fox, after being absent for the previous edition. Andrea Meza of Mexico will crown her successor at the end of the event.

Miss Universe 2021 National Costume Show took place took place on the earlier day. During the show, the contestants walked the runway in outfits that celebrated their countries. Have a look at the 05 wildest national costumes… 

1.) Miss Argentina Julieta Garcia was beautifully dressed as a “Glaciers,” to pay tribute to the ones. Garcia was wearing a beige-colour bodysuit with a dramatic costume designed to represent the melting glaciers of Argentina. 




2.) Miss Bahamas Chantel O’Brian rocked the stage with two-piece, all covered with beads and features. She was wearing a costume was a sky-high headdress and a billowing multi-coloured cape with two eyes staring back at you. 



3.) Miss Bolivia Nahemi Uequin mesmerized in a sheer bodysuit, covered with colourful glittery birds. Miss Bolivia paired the costume with a dramatic jaguar headpiece that featured plenty of feathers. 



4.) Miss India Harnaaz Sandhu carried an umbrella to represent the multifaceted women of her home. Miss India was wearing a pink lehenga, which was covered with mirror work. On Instagram, Sandhu said she felt “a sense of empowerment” while wearing it.



5.) Miss Ireland Katharine Walker wore a green-beige bodysuit and spread a message in support of nurses like her. Her costume also featured long flags extended from her waist, which read the message – “Fair Pay For Nursing”.
