Just a day after Charanjit Singh Channi took charge of the Chief Minister post, new police postings have been announced.
Naunihal Singh has been posted as the new Commissioner of Police, Jalandhar and Gurpreet Singh Bhullar who was serving as the DIG, Ludhiana Range, has been appointed as Commissioner of Police Ludhiana.
Meanwhile Sukhchain Singh who was posted as Commissioner of Police Jalandhar just a few weeks back, is again transferred to Amritsar in place of IPS Vikramjeet Duggal.

Also, the orders of new posting of Vikramjeet Duggal has not been out yet but is said to be issued soon.
