ADGP Law and Order Gurinder Singh Dhillon has made a big revelation in the case of murder of a youth on suspicion of sacrilege yesterday morning at Gurudwara Sahib in Phagwara area of Kapurthala. ADGP said that Nihang Ramandeep Singh Mangumath had murdered the youth for publicity in Gurudwara Patshahi Chheven Chaura Khuh of Phagwara. He also claimed that the deceased youth has been identified as Vikas Kapoor. In a conversation with ADGP Dhillon, he said that Nihang Ramandeep Singh Mangumath is a professional but a criminal minded man .His sources of income are also doubtful and is being investigated thoroughly. He collects funding by posting such videos on social media and he is a criminal minded person and nothing to do with religion at all. He further told that he was wearing the Nihang cloth only to collect money. District Kapurthala Police has obtained seven-day police remand of the accused Ramandeep Singh Mangumath by presenting him in the Phagwara court, in which the police will get to the bottom after in-depth interrogation. On the other hand, District Kapurthala Police is also going to reveal this matter soon.
