The last weekend of March has come with three days of holidays. Accordingly, the government offices of Punjab will be marking three off days, i.e., March 29 (Saturday), March 30 (Sunday), and March 31 (Monday). Notably, on March 31, the premises will be closed due to Eid.
On the other hand, schools in Punjab will remain closed for two days, i.e., March 30 (Sunday) and March 31 (Monday). Some schools that provide their students with a day off on Saturdays also mark a three-day break on the upcoming weekend.
During this time, government services will be disrupted till April 1, Tuesday. Therefore, the citizens are asked to complete their respective government work by March 28 to avoid any kind of inconvenience or delays.
It is to be noted that during this period, the bank services will also be interrupted.
