Punjab Police is soon going to release a recruitment notification on its official website – punjabpolice.gov.in. A short notice regarding the recruitment has been released by the Punjab Police of its official Facebook handle. 

The short notice read, “Punjab Police wants to recruit young boys and girls as constables. Come join us...

Note:- For correct details, candidates will have to see an advertisement for recruitment which will be published soon in major newspapers and the Punjab Police website.

Candidates were waiting for the notification for a long time. But due to the second wave of coronavirus and raised Covid-19 cases recruitment was postponed. Therefore the candidates were disappointed, but the board has now surprised the candidates by posting about the notification on social media. 

Eligibility Details:                                                                                             

As per the notice, the candidates who have educational qualification of 10th and 12th are eligible to apply for the Punjab PC Recruitment Exam. 

The age limit of the candidate must be between 18-28 years.

Duration, Subjects covered as well as Maximum Marks of the exam:

The duration of the exam is 2 hours (120 minutes).

The exam is divided into three main subjects, which are – First, General Knowledge and Environmental Studies, Second, Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, Numerical Aptitude, and Reading Comprehension, and Third, Technical Subjects. 

The maximum marks of the Exam are 100 marks. 

Those who will qualify the written test will appear for the Physical Screening Test.
