According to experts of the weather department, there are chances of cloud cover in Chandigarh and some areas of Punjab from 13th February. However, there is no possibility of rain. This situation is being created due to the effect of western disturbance. Apart from this, this time the cold is expected to subside 10 to 12 days earlier.
Apart from this, the wind pattern system is not supporting the intensity of the western disturbance. Along with this, the humidity is also decreasing. At the same time, this change in the weather is also being seen due to less snowfall on the mountains.
In view of the changing weather across the country in the next few days, people have been advised to remain alert and take necessary precautions.
