The bomb blast at Bengaluru's Rameshwaram Cafe on Friday sent shockwaves around the world. Around 1 pm, a massive blast took place inside Bengaluru's Rameshwaram Cafe injuring at least 9 people including customers and staff of the eatery. At first, it was speculated that the Rameshwaram Cafe blast reason might be linked to a cylinder implosion, but after an uproar on social media and BJP leaders rubbishing it, it was accepted that the explosion was a result of an IED blast. Now, the Rameshwaram Cafe bomb blast video has surfaced on social media and the entire India is in shock as the man suspected of planting the bomb has been caught on camera.

In the viral Rameshwaram Cafe IED blast CCTV clip, everyone seemed calm at first with customers enjoying their food and staff serving and cooking food. All of a sudden chaos erupted after the IED planted inside Rameshwaram Cafe exploded. Although the blast was low-intensity, it injured as many as 9 people.

Rameshwaram Cafe blast timeline began at 11:30 am when an unidentified individual, after getting off a bus, entered the cafe premises. This person, later identified as the prime suspect, was seen on camera ordering a plate of Rava idli at 11:38 am. At 11:44 am, the suspect reached the hand wash area of the cafe and placed the bag which allegedly carried an improvised explosive device (IED).

Thereafter, the suspect left the cafe at 11:45 am, walking down the road instead of taking the footpath, seemingly trying to avoid the CCTV cameras installed along the path to catch a clear picture of him. At 12:56 pm the blast took place, causing chaos and panic among customers and staff alike. Around a hundred metres from the cafe's premises, the suspect disappears.
