He said, "Let these rubber p***ies slap them upside the head." Vitaly Milonov reportedly advised Putin to 'load s*x toys on bombers and drop them on Kyiv soldiers'. The controversial Russian MP stated that Ukraine should be bombed with s*x merchandise.
"We need to take all the stuffs from s*x shops, load it onto bombers and drop them onto the armed forces of Ukraine," said Vitaly Milonov. Vitaly Milonov is a Deputy of the Russian State Duma and is also known for his homophobic stance. He was also one of the sponsors of the 2013 'gay propaganda ban' in Russia.
Notably, the Russian MP Vitaly Milonov had also proposed punishing Russians for divorce with a fine or sending them to the combat zone. On Women's Day, the Russian MP suggested the country's women to get pregnant at 18. "The best gift for a woman is a new pregnancy. A baby is the truest joy. Booze gives you a hangover and everything, empty dishes, feeling used. Men should be men, if possible. If not, then flowers are used, and so on. The main thing - do not get your women drunk, a bottle of champagne is enough.
