Gangster Sachin Thapan, who was transported to India from Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan, has made a number of significant revelations while in the Special Cell of the Delhi Police's custody. During questioning, Sachin admitted that Dubai was the hub of all the preparations for the murder of singer Sidhu Moosewala. Gangster Lawrence was also often speaking with Sidhu Moosewala on the phone from jail during the time that all the preparations for his murder were being made.
Additionally, Sachin disclosed to the police that he had first met gangster Vikram Brar in Dubai. After that, he spent roughly 1.5 months living in Vikram Brar's apartment. He then departed for Azerbaijan. According to gangster Sachin, Goldie Brar and Vikram Brar coordinated the purchase of all the necessary tools and funds for the murder of Sidhu Moosewala.
Gangster Sachin was hauled to a Delhi court by the Special Cell of the Delhi Police from Azerbaijan. The police were given custody of Sachin by the court there for ten days. Sachin will now be re-presented by the police in court in 10 days. As soon as Sachin's custody period is up, the Punjab Police will put him on transit remand as soon as possible.
Sachin is a participant in the Moosewala murder plot. He had left the country not long before the murder along with Anmol Bishnoi, Lawrence's brother, using a fake passport. Both the FIR and the charge sheet for the Moosewala murder case contain references to him. The Delhi Police claims that Sachin gave the Bolero to the Haryana shooters who were responsible for the slaying of Moosewala.
According to reports, Sachin also asked a Delhi businessman with a base in Dubai for a 50 crore ransom. The businessman's name is given as Gallon. The call recording of the owner of the T-10 squad being held for ransom for Rs. 50 crore made headlines. In this case, Sachin has been apprehended.

Sachin's bogus passport was created at an address in Delhi's Sangam Vihar neighborhood. This phony passport bore Sachin's fictitious name, Tilak Raj Tuteja. The agencies were made aware of this when the police apprehended a band of gangsters who had fraudulent passports created. The police had arrested five people in this case, including a woman.
Sidhu Moosewala adored his HMT 5911 tractor. '5911 Record' is the name of his YouTube channel. This tractor also carried Moosewala's burial procession.
According to the Delhi Police, Sachin, the mastermind behind the murder of Sidhu Moosewala, planned the murder by communicating in code terms with Satinderjit Singh alias Goldie Brar, who is operating a gang in Canada, Kala Jathedi, and Lawrence, who is imprisoned in Tihar Jail.
In order to avoid raising any red flags with the police and intelligence services, Sachin frequently spoke to mobster Goldie Brar as "doctor" while on the phone. Similar to this, he used to refer to the criminal Kala Jathedi as "Alpha." He used to communicate with Lawrence via his goons. The first person to admit guilt for the Moosewala tragedy was Sachin. On the video conversation, he had asserted that he had killed Moosewala. The shooters were employed by him.
