Police last week publicly released CCTV footage of a Sikh priest being assaulted. According to the victim's family, the man suffered "life-changing injuries."
According to a CCTV investigation, the victim was attacked by an unidentified male close to the Hilton Street/Junction. The criminal then left the area on foot by taking a left onto Oldham Street.
The victim's family said in a previous statement that the Sikh priest's life was tragically changed forever when a thug attacked him. According to the family, they read about terrible things in the news but never imagined it would happen to one of them.
