Amid the worsening Covid19 pandemic, several states have imposed lockdown or semi-lockdown to break the chain of Coronavirus. But police are having a rough time maintaining the restriction with people flouting Covid norms. However, no matter what happens, it does not give police the right to behave badly with citizens.
