The countdown for the web series of the year- Mirzapur Season 3 has been started and fans are all braced up to witness Ali Fazal and Pankaj Tripathi sharing the screen once again. Mirzapur Season 3 will be available for streaming on Amazon Prime Video from July 5, 2024. After Panchayat Season 3, Mirzapur Season 3 is expected to skyrocket Amazon Prime Video's viewership in India and around the world. Directed by Gurmmeet Singh and Anand Iyer, Mirzapur Season 3 is the extension of its first two seasons. Notably, Mirzapur makers during season 2 came under the scanner after many expressed that the web series malign the image of real-life Mirzapur. Many also demanded the makers should change the name of the series. However, the makers later clarified that the Mirzapur series is a fictional story and not based on real life. However, in order to induce some commonality, makers named the series Mirzapur.
Now, the question arises what are Mirzapur Season 3 shooting locations?
As per reports, Amazon Prime Video's Mirzapur series has been primarily shot in and around the city of Mirzapur. Apart from Mirzapur, its shooting locations include other prominent cities in Uttar Pradesh like Lucknow, Gorakhpur, and Varanasi. Other smaller cities like Jaunpur, Azamgarh, and Ghazipur also played a role in bringing Mirzapur to life.
Talking about Mirzapur Season 3 Trailer, it showcased Guddu Pandit's father facing criminal charges and court hearings for the murder of Police Officer Ram Sharam Maurya played by Amit Sial in season 2 of the series. Notably, Munna Bhaiya's wife Madhuri Yadav Tripathi played by Isha Talwar becomes CM of Uttar Pradesh and she has declared an all-out war against Guddu Pandit. Notably, it was Guddu and Golu who killed Munna Tripathi in season 2 for killing Bablu Pandit played by Vikrant Massey in season 1.
Interestingly, what has raised everyone's eyebrows is there might be a romance taking place between Guddu Pandit and Beena Tripathi played by Rashika Duggal. Beena Tripathi is the second wife of Kaleen Bhaiya and she played a major role in killing both Munna Bhaiya and Babuji. Notably, Guddu promised Beena in season 2 that the throne of Mirzapur would go to her newlyborn child.
