In a major development in the Pune Porsche accident case, an FIR has been filed against Instagram influencer Aryan Dev Neekhra aka cringistaan2 for allegedly making a fake video of the minor accused. A few days back Aryan Dev Neekhra's video went viral on social media with the claims that the person abusing in the video is none other than Visha Agarwal's son. However, later True Scoop News did a fact check on this and revealed that the Pune Porsche car accused's minor rap video is fake and the person is none other than an Instagram user named cringistaan2. Now, the question arises who is Aryan Dev Neekhra aka cringistaan2?
Who is Aryan Dev Neekhra?
Famous by the Instagram username cringistaan2, Aryan Dev Neekhra has been booked by Pune Police. Action against Aryan Dev Neekhra comes days after the accused minor's mother broke down in tears and pleaded with the Pune Police to protect his son as there are fake videos doing rounds on social media. Although not much is information is available about Aryan Dev Neekhra, he has shared a video on social media requesting the Pune Police to take back the FIR.
Aryan Dev Neekhra enjoys 71.3K followers on Instagram. His fame skyrocketed after he started making parodies and satirical videos on the Pune Porsche accident accused who is a minor. Aryan Dev Neekhra composed a rap song and shared it on his Instagram stories. Aryan Dev Neekhra used abusive language in his story and rap song as well. The cyber cell of the Pune Police said that the case has been registered against the reel creator under Sections 509, 294 B of IPC and 67 of IT Act.
Reacting to this, Aryan Dev Neekhra shared a video with the caption, "They Have Put Charges on Me for Abusing on the Internet. Everyone does that , a warning would be more than enough , i request the Pune Cyber station to take back the case. Let Me and my family Live , i am just a Content Creator. There are Monsters out there."
In the video Aryan said, "I posted videos and the media made them viral, saying I am the accused who killed two. The defamation was not enough, and then they booked me. It was done to divert attention from the case. Why wouldn't they do it? He is the son of a rich person, I am a middle-class person, what is the value of my life? Kill me instead."
Aryan further said that he did not abuse anyone, particularly in the viral rap as it was a parody. He mentioned that he has to be there on May 27, and he does not have a car or money to reach there on time as he was served a notice only on May 25. He also expressed fear that he would be put in jail and tagged as a criminal and would be projected as the prime accused in the high-profile case.
