Ary News channel's anchor Waseem Badani addressed fans on social media in a video message and explained that at first the news channel did not want to flash Babar Azam's WhatsApp chats, but Ashraf (Saab) told us to flash it just 6 to 7 minutes before the program was about to start.
Reacting to this, a fan wrote, "So Zaka Ashraf gave them the screenshot of Babar Azam's chat?! Wow! @WaseemBadami, as a journalist, didn't have the moral deceney to ask him if Babar gave his consent. Shame on you!!!"
For those who are unaware, Zaka Ashraf is the Chairman of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB).
Reacting to who leaked Babar Azam's chats, a fan wrote, "Zaka Ashraf keh raha hai chala dain" ARY as a media house couldn't even stand up for it's slained journalist. We all know how compromised media is but this ain't POLITICS. IT'S DEGRADING YOUR OWN COUNTRYMEN WHILE THEY'RE IN INDIA WHICH ZAKA ASHRAF HIMSELF CALLED DUSHMAN MULK."

Babar Azam leaked WhatsApp chats
Going by Babar Azam's private chats, the Pakistan Cricket Team skipper allegedly got a text from the PCB COO who seemed angry at the 29-year-old cricketer. The PCB COO allegedly asks Babar Azam, "Babar, there's also been this news circulating on TV and social media that you have been calling Chairman and he's not answering. Have you called him recently?"
Pakistani's skipper Babar Azam replies, "Salam salman bhai Ma ny to sir ko kol call nai ke"
The PCB COO then replied, "Ok"
