As per a local Pune media outlet, Vishal Agarwal is the owner of Bramha Realty and Infrastructure. Vishal Agarwal was absconding ever since the Pune Police had registered an FIR against him. Therefore, Pune Police had formed multiple teams to nab Vishal Agarwal.
On Tuesday morning, a team from the Pune Police’s crime branch located and arrested Vishal Agarwal in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. Vishal Agarwal has been booked under sections 3, 5, and 199 of the Motor Vehicles Act and section 75 of the Juvenile Justice Act for permitting his minor son to drive a car and allowing him to consume alcohol and drive despite knowing that he is a minor.

Vishal Agarwal Son's bail conditions
Prashant Patil, the top celebrity lawyer hired by builder Vishal Agarwal for his son informed the media in a video that accused was arrested by the Yerawada police station and the honorable judge was “kind enough” to grant bail to accused under some conditions. He insisted that his client is duty-bound to follow the bail conditions.
As per reports, the 17-year-old, who was exiting a posh club in Pune at 2.30 AM, reportedly drunk and rashly driving his Porsche car, has been asked by the Juvenile Justice Board to work with a traffic police official for 2 weeks and attend psychiatric counseling sessions. The accused has also been asked to write a 300-word essay on road accidents and create traffic awareness boards.
