Kapurthala Jan .4 ;Bholath congress MLA Sukhpal Singh Khaira who was released on bail by Punjab and Haryana High court today was again arrested by Kapurthala police in another criminal case of intimidation to a key   witness  in NDPS case  registered against him in 2015.
Khaira was brought to Kapurthala from Nabha jail  in the evening and was produced in the court of Judicial Magistrate first class
